Our Congregations
The focus of both our Sunday gatherings is the public reading of the Bible. There are a lot of great things happening on Sundays but the best of them all is that God speaks his grace to us through his word.
10AM
Our morning gathering has a wonderful cross section of people of different ages, backgrounds, and languages. We seek to serve each other in love so we use a number of music styles in order to speak God’s compassion to the hearts of all attenders. Children begin the service with their families but leave part way to programs tailored to help them grow in Jesus. A Creche (0-3), Foosteps (3-5) and Kids Time (5-12) assist parents in their task of raising children in Christ. Congregational involvement is a key expression of our Baptist heritage in the morning gathering.
6PM
Our evening gathering is more informal, probably due to the majority of younger people involved. Of course it’s still all about how Jesus died to save us from the wreckage of a fallen world. So hearing the Bible speak to us about God’s faithful love and lavish forgiveness is the focus of our meeting. We tend to have more informal prayers and opportunities for hearing each other’s stories and on the fourth Sunday of every month we share a meal together because we desire to be real people working out together how to live life in the reality of God’s love.
